Question by Pam: I am having trouble finding a rental “smart car” in NYC, NY?
I see all these “smart cars” in my neighborhood in upper manhattan in NYC and have been trying, by “googling” to no avail, to find the rental website that will give me more information on renting the smart cars I have heard about and read about in various artlcles. Thank you in advance for any help!
